Panda (Ages 3-4)
The Panda class is recommend for girls and boys, ages 3 to 4, who are already in a preschool or structured social program. Pandas will learn the basics of Ninja terminology and movement through circuits and lesson plans that follow a weekly theme. With a lower student–teacher ratio, instructors can focus more on helping develop the listening and focus skills that all young Ninjas need! Get ready for an hour of ninja fun!
Tiger (Ages 4-5)
At this age, most children have participated in some sort of class or sport setting. We believe this is the age that independence and confidence really blossom! Our Tigers will develop more strength, balance, coordination, and agility, with the hope that these skills will carry over to continuing Ninja, or into any other sport! Tigers have the opportunity to challenge themselves, try new things, and see what their capabilities are! This hour long class is for all girls and boys excited to be a Ninja!
