Sydney OttoSen – Court Program Manager

Bio: Sydney is the Court Program Manager at Achieve Sports. She started working at Achieve in 2022. Sydney has been playing volleyball since 2010 and has coached since 2019. Sydney played Division II volleyball at Bloomfield College as an outside hitter and a libero. She has experience coaching high school volleyball, both Freshman and Sophomore teams. When not coaching or playing grass volleyball, Sydney likes to do outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and walking her black lab, Wrigley.
Lisa Sparrow – Gymnastics Program Manager

Bio: Lisa is the Gymnastics Program Manager at Achieve Sports. She started working at Achieve in 2013, when the Achieve Gymnastics location was established. Lisa has over 25 years of experience coaching gymnastics and a Master’s Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. In her free time, Lisa enjoys running and reading.
Kelsey Cradle – Turf Program Manager

Bio: Kelsey is the Turf Program Manager at Achieve Sports Center. She started at Achieve in 2021. Kelsey has coached a variety of sports for many years. Growing up, Kelsey was a competitive gymnast, softball player, and a diver. She went to Colorado Mesa University to dive as well. Kelsey enjoys the warm weather and spending time with her family.
Katie Seedroff – Office Manager

Bio: Katie is the Office Manager at Achieve Sports. In 2017, Katie started working at the Front Desk, and was promoted to Office Manager in 2021. She loves Star Wars and all things Disney.
Li Chen – Marketing Coordinator

Bio: Li is the Marketing Coordinator at Achieve Sports, and he coaches soccer and golf. He has worked at Achieve since 2023. While in college, Li was a NCAA Division 1 golfer. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, golfing, and listening to music.
Marlene Nothstine – Chief Administrative Officer

Bio: Marlene provides executive administration and direction for staff and manages HR functions at Achieve Sports. Marlene has been with Achieve since the very beginning, and she says that she is very thankful to be able to be a part of so many lives. In her free time, Marlene enjoys spending time with her grandchildren.
Ben Hunt – Maintenance Manager

Bio: Ben is the Maintenance Manager at Achieve Sports. He started working at Achieve in 2023 and has been in contracting and maintenance since 2019. His favorite sports are football and baseball.

Bio: Alan is the cofounder of Achieve Sports, which began as Achieve Gymnastics in 2013. Alan has been coaching most of his life and loves having a positive impact on athletes and staff. He enjoys playing sports, great food, and traveling.
CHRIS HERRON – FOUNDER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bio: Chris started at Achieve in 2013 with the establishment of the Achieve Gymnastics location. She navigated the major expansion and opening the Achieve Sports Center in 2023. Her favorite things to do during her free time include cooking, traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts.
