Lisa Sparrow – Gymnastics Program Manager

Bio: Lisa is the Gymnastics Program Manager at Achieve Gymnastics. She started working at Achieve in 2013, when the Achieve Gymnastics location was established. Lisa has over 25 years of experience coaching gymnastics and a Master’s Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. In her free time, Lisa enjoys running and reading.
Kelsey Cradle – Assistant Manager

Bio: Kelsey started her career with the company in 2021 and has many years of experience coaching a variety of sports and levels, as well as managing and training coaching staff. Growing up, Kelsey was a competitive gymnast, softball player, and a diver. She went to Colorado Mesa University to dive as well. Kelsey enjoys the warm weather and spending time with her family.
Katie Seedroff – Office Manager

Bio: Katie is the Office Manager at Achieve Sports. In 2017, Katie started working at the Front Desk, and was promoted to Office Manager in 2021. She loves Star Wars and all things Disney.
Josh Hunt – Administrative ManageR

Bio: Josh is the Administrative Manager at Achieve Sports. He has been with Achieve since 2022, serving as both an Intern and Program Assistant, and was promoted to Administrative Manager in 2024. Josh attended Indiana University, where he received his degree in Business Management and Analytics. In his free time, Josh enjoys watching sports and playing golf.

Bio: Alan is the cofounder of Achieve Sports, which began as Achieve Gymnastics in 2013. Alan has been coaching most of his life and loves having a positive impact on athletes and staff. He enjoys playing sports, great food, and traveling.
CHRIS HERRON – FOUNDER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bio: Chris started at Achieve in 2013 with the establishment of the Achieve Gymnastics location. She navigated the major expansion and opening the Achieve Sports Center in 2023. Her favorite things to do during her free time include cooking, traveling, reading, and listening to podcasts.
