Gymnastics

Enhance your child’s summer with our fun and exciting camps!  Achieve Gymnastics Summer Camps are open to girls ages 5-18 from beginners to high level gymnasts. Girls will be split into groups according to age and level with an 8:1 ratio. In addition to improving gymnastics skills and drills with our enthusiastic and experienced coaches, girls will be introduced to journaling, goal setting, trampoline, games and crafts for an amazing week of gymnastics camp! Cost for camp includes all activities, a camp t shirt & certificate. Registration is available on a first come, first serve basis.  Spots are limited! Gymnastics Clinics are an opportunity for our gymnasts to improve their skills. With extra time and direction, the athlete will be able to master technique, execution, and consistency of the skills and drills they are focused on. Clinics are 60 minutes. In that time, they will work at 2 different events. The coach will lead them through drills and progressions. The schedule will have the events listed for that date. It is important to arrive on time to be able to do a quick warmup and stretch.

Our clinics are available to any girl in our Recreation program 5 years and older, Compulsory 2, 3, and 4 levels. It is important to remember that the gymnast does not need the skill to attend the clinic. The coaches are trained to adapt to any level gymnast.

The goal for clinic is to be practicing those more difficult skills to master. We want the gymnast to have fun and be safe while working toward this. It is also fun to work with different coaches in our program.

You must register in advance for these events.  Space is limited so we may not be able to accept same day drop ins. Clinics are $18.
