Class Structure & Philosophy
Gymnastics - 5 & Under Class Structure
Our 5 and under program has a new themed lesson plan every week in our 50-minute classes. Gymnasts spend time on beam, bars, floor and tumble tramp every week and 10 minutes of a dynamic warm up and stretching.
Gymnastics - 6 & Older Class Structure
We offer 60-minute beginner classes and 90-minute advanced classes with time on vault, beam, bars and floor and 10 minutes of a dynamic warm up and stretching. Each week of the session has a new lesson plan focused on the skills needed to progress to our Compulsory 2 team.
ninja - Class Structure
We offer 60-minute ninja classes with time on floor, agility, vault, wall, strength & rig skills as well as a 5-minute warm up and a 5-minute cool down. A large part of our ninja program is geared toward safety and positive discipline. Each week of the session has a new lesson plan focused on improving strength and skills in all areas of ninja.
Cheer - Class Structure
We offer 60-minute beginner cheer classes with a focus on jumps, stunts, tumbling, motions, formations, performance, strength and flexibility. Each week of the session has a new lesson plan focused on the skills needed to progress in all areas of cheerleading.
Tumbling for Cheer - Class Structure
We offer 60-minute tumbling for cheer classes with time devoted to stretching and flexibility, tumble tramp, running tumbling skills, back handspring and back tuck development and overall strength development. Each week of the session has a new lesson plan focused on the skills needed to improve tumbling for cheerleading.
