Welcome to Achieve Sports! Thank you for being a part of our family.
If you are currently enrolled in one of our programs, you can log into our portal to pay for classes, team practices, clinics and most other activities.
Please take the time to log into the DBA Sports, Inc. | Achieve Sports Portal to:
• Retrieve your temporary password
• Review and edit your family information
• Enter your credit card or debit card
• And much more!
Click on DBA Sports, Inc. | Achieve Sports Portal and enter your email address. Then click on “I don’t have or don’t know my password.” A temporary password will be emailed to you. If you have any questions or issues logging in, please contact the Front Desk at FrontDesk@AchieveSports.com or by calling 720-330-2200.

Fees & Schedules

Recreation Class Basic Fee Schedule

Most of our sports recreation classes are based on an eight-week session with 1 one-hour class per week, some activities and classes have different time and duration structures. Specific times, dates and costs for all classes can be found in our course catalog or by contacting the Front Desk.

Discounts
Discounts are available to participants enrolled in multiple classes, or to families with multiple children enrolled in our program.
If sessions are interrupted by holidays or other closures, fees are prorated accordingly.

Making Payments
The best way to manage your account is online. Click on DBA Sports, Inc.|Achieve Sports Portal to log in to your account and make your payment. Of course, you can also pay at one of our facilities’ Front Desks or over the phone at 720.330.2200 as well.

Returned Check Policy
If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, a fee will be assessed up to $30 in addition to the cost of collections, if applicable.
We know costs are important to everyone and we want our participants to understand what they are paying for. If you have any questions about your fees for our programs, please do not hesitate to ask!

Payment Policies

Our classes run in 8 week sessions.  The cost for each session is:

1st Child
50 & 60 Minute Classes $198.64*
90 Minute Classes $272.16*

*Includes Annual Registration Fee

Additional family members and additional classes will still receive a 20% discount.

Registration is done through the Front Desk: in person or over the phone at (720) 330-2200.  Payment is due at the time of registration.  After the initial registration, you are able to pay through our Portal for future sessions during the Preferred Registration Week.

During Preferred Registration Week, your child(ren) are automatically enrolled in their same class for the next session.  To continue in the following session, you must pay on or before the last day of Preferred Registration Week.  The Preferred Registration Weeks can be found on our Recreation Calendar and families will receive an email that their Preferred Registration Week is coming up.

Achieve Sports does not typically provide refunds for any activity (class, practice, clinic, camp) once it has started.  We do review all refund requests, on a case by case basis, due to special circumstances and hardships.

Achieve Sports will not prorate the session tuition for any missed classes.

If Achieve Sports has to cancel a planned class (due to snow days, holidays breaks etc.) we will credit your account for that class.

We hold clinics and workshops, private lessons, as well as open gym times. All Additional Instruction Opportunities require Registration in advance of attendance.

1 hour – $18

Open Gym

1 hour – $5.50
2 Hours – $10

team fees

Team practices are 2 hours long and athletes have the option of attending 2, 3, or 4 nights per week. Please see the chart below for team tuition.

Second and third athletes in your family will receive a 20% discount.

Monthly tuition is due prior to your child(ren) attending practice. Your child(ren) will be registered on the 15th of the preceding month and payment is due by the last day of the preceding month. If payment has not been received prior to the 1st of the month, a $10 late fee will be placed on your account. Athletes will not be allowed to practice without payment. If you have any questions or concerns regarding tuition, please contact Marlene.
Your child(ren)’s safety is important to us and we will continue to maintain an 8:1 ratio between athletes to coaches so each participant receives the best instruction possible. Therefore, you will be required to establish your day(s) of practice with the office manager and cannot switch practice days without verifying availability with her.
Missed practices must be made up within one month prior to or after the missed practice. Absences will be managed through our online registration software, Jackrabbit. Our coaches will take attendance every practice through Jackrabbit. You will be able to view the absences we have on file in the portal. fundraising

We offer several fundraising opportunities for you to raise money for tuition or other Sports & Activity related costs. If you leave Achieve Sports, any balance remaining will be forfeited to the Achieve Parent booster’s general account.
