Strength & Agility classes
Strength & Agility Classes
These classes are for anyone who wants to boost their speed, agility, and stamina for any sport. During these classes we will focus for 1 hour on proper running mechanics, mobility for different sports, injury prevention and mental focus. We will also go over improving overall core strength and learning how to recover between practices and games.
Each session runs for eight weeks. This class has a 10:1 ratio of students to instructor.
We offer a separate Strength & Agility classes for 8-12 year-olds and 13-18 year-olds.
Recreation Class Registration
Recreation class registration can be done at our front desk, or over the phone or online. We offer 6 8-week sessions a year with priority registration given to participants in their current class.
Our Recreation Newsletters are filled with important information and events happenings in our recreation class program. Look for important dates, announcements, and events each session!

Multi-sport Summer Camp
Achieve Multi-Sport Camp is back this summer! Come join us at Achieve Sports Center for this fun opportunity! This camp is open to girls and boys ages 5 – 12 of all levels, or even those looking to try a variety of turf sports! Registration is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Spots are limited! Sign up online, stop by the front desk, or give us a call to get registered!
